What an eventful day it has been for this week. Hillary flew off to Bandung and left us alone. My school has been inexplicably weird recently. Firstly, we can't join our class tables anymore... This is why we have clicks in the classroom -.-
Secondly, I was on my way to see Mr.Pang to ask him an add math question on Thursday. I went into the teacher's staffroom and he was inside. So I went in to see him. As I was waiting for him to finish up playing with his hand phone, this IB teacher -or as Mr.Pang said he's the head of that staffroom- told me that students aren't allowed in the staffroom... Mr.Pang told him that he wanted to pass me something, which I've no idea why he lied. I could just have told the dude that I wanted to ask Ms.Pang add math questions. Isn't it weird? I mean what type of ridiculous rule is it that students aren't allowed in teacher's staffroom to ask questions?!?!? DON'T TELL ME WE'VE TO SHOUT FROM OUTSIDE!!!??? It's so stupid...
Moving on, today was Patriotic Run. It's a 4.5km run where each houses -yellow, blue, red, green- compete to gain the title of Champion House. I got second place, congrats to Eunice for getting 7th and Yee Xin for getting 11th. :D Well, I passed out after finishing the race, if you want to know my encounter you can read along, if not just skip it.
Nicole - 1 mark, yours truly, Eunice, Yee Xin
Shinny :D
Blanking out:
What happened was, I think there was roughly about 400m left to the finishing line. As I was running to get second place -since I knew Anne Ping already got first- I saw girls from my category gaining up behind me. I really wanted to get second because it was my last and final year in Sri KDU where I can get it and I already got 3rd place last year. So I sprint with all my might despite me already half exhausted and whizzing not to mention muscle cramp on my hamstring.
So I sprint. All I can remember was sprinting on the pavement, I saw two teachers and they told those students whom were running on the pavement to get down on to the road and run into the school. I could also remember running straight for the finishing line.
You see, there's 3 category. Class 3 consists of form 1, class 2 consists of form 2-form 3 and class 1 consists of form 4,form 5 and IB. As I was running to my category, I saw class 3, class 2 and class IB -which I think I sort of blank out from there- and I was like what the fuck? Why is there a class IB and not class 1??? I kinda stunned there for a few seconds until I heard my teachers shouting for me to go into the so call 'class IB' and I ran straight there and took my placing number from the teacher.
That's when I couldn't remember anything else. I don't even remember how the teachers came to my aid. I was closing my eyes the entire time. I could feel a teacher carrying me and asking me if I was alright. All I know was I wanted teacher to write down my name on the no.2 immediately. I was grabbing on the number placing so tightly, afraid to let it go. I couldn't recall how I manage to walk to the table where I was place.
The next thing I knew was seeing Eunice in front of me and a teacher beside me. They asked if I was fine incessantly. I looked at them tiredly and nod my head. I moved my fingers and I felt the placing number still in my palm. So I told them I wanted to write my name down, and they did just that.
I'm so grateful to the teachers whom helped me and Eunice whom became my prince charming today XD what's that you asked? Was it worth it? Was it worth risking me having a heart attack, collapsing for the sick of it? Well to be frank, if I had died, it would definitely be stupid of me. However I sorta knew my body wouldn't fail me. So I took that risk just for that second place. Hey it was my last year :) So YES, it was definitely worth it!
*End of encounter*
After Patriotic Run, we had our usual Merdeka Carnival. It ends at 4p.m but since after my blank out encounter today, I didn't feel quite well. Thus, I went back at around 1.10p.m. and I've been sleeping since 2p.m until 4p.m... gosh. I feel seriously comatose yet superbly boisterous today.

Sue Ann's face is damn priceless...
My trophy, and yes I drank from it :D

PS: YELLOW HOUSE GOT SUPER CHAMPION HOUSE!!! The other houses tied. It is so ironic that when I first entered school blue, green and red tied for super champion house and yellow got last. Haha
