My humble apologize to my dear faithful readers whom still reads this blog. I haven't been updating quite some time now... Haiz, well good news, my exams are almost ending and you know what that means... HOLIDAYS ARE NEAR! I'm down to 5 more papers -well 6 if you count NCC- which are 3 papers of bio and 2 papers of math. Gosh, I can hardly think of anything else besides Bio at the moment. I just hope whatever stays in my brain will literally STAY there until SPM is over... Despite my exams not being over, I can't help but feel a little jubilant... haha, well tata for now
Oh the horror... I feel my sympathetic nerves working itself again, I know all this stress will magically disappear once Mid Year exams are over!!! Till then dear loyal readers, good luck to all whom are about to sit for their mid years. I doubt I'll be blogging anytime soon. It's not a habitual thing for me to do :)
Well not exactly, the real Mother's Day is tomorrow but since my mom has to attend a business trip to Dubai, so my family decided to celebrate it one day earlier. It was a very unusual celebration as we normally celebrate it at my grandmother's house. This year however, dad decided to order catering for the entire family tree. He ordered from Louisiana. The worst part of it was... the celebration was held in my HOUSE!
Being me, I really, extremely, undeniably find little kids annoying. And boy, they turn my room upside down... With my youngest cousin screaming in his high pitch voice the whole time, I literally felt like taking a cellophane tape and just tap his mouth.
Never the least, it went well. Food was scrumptious and delicious, the only missing ingredient to the cake was my dear sister. She's about a few hundred, thousand kilometers away from Malaysia at the present moment. *sigh*
I didn't know my cousin knew how to cube XD
I felt callous that night, I wanted to show my cousin something 'interesting', which is..
My dear friend, the lizard
He took the sword...
and *WAMP* there goes the box...-.-
Gosh, I'm feeling so crestfallen for the past few days. Let's see, well the main reason was because my class didn't get into finals for skit nor band, and Eunice and I didn't get into finals for culinary despite the every drop of sweat we perspire. Haiz...
Our team, *Xiao ying wasn't in it*
Even though we cried -Ok, maybe it was just me- shouted in a draconian way and scolded each other, I seriously and honestly wouldn't mind doing the whole skit again with them. There were more pros than cons from it and I thank god for that. It was such a joyous, fun and enjoyable experience.
I guess the only thing I'm looking forward to after this week is Friday :O , finishing my sanctimonious moral project -can anyone tell me why the heck do we have a project about moral!? HECK, why do we even need to sit it for exam!?- and holidays. Whereas, I'm not boisterous at all about exams. Oh god, the stress is back on again.
Well I just found out that saying I hate shopping would be lying to myself, because in fact I do like shopping, and the only shopping I adore and wouldn't mind doing it is grocery shopping. Wakaka~
Yesterday was one of my most hectic day ever. Let me start of in the morning. I had to wake at 8a.m on a Saturday for accounts tuition -yes despite it being labour day!- The whole row of shops were close and the parking lot was deserted.
Once my alarm clock rang this morning at 8a.m sharp, I turned it off and sat up straight on my bed. I was contemplating whether I should go for the tuition. At last I went anyway since it was freaking three hours. I mean the more reason to go right? Since teacher would be teaching new stuff -and I was right!- so I miraculously dragged myself of my bed to get ready for the 'tremendous' three hour accounts tuition.
The tuition started at 9.30a.m and only ends at 12.30p.m. The first two hours was a smooth yet tiring journey. The dilemma only started around 11.30a.m when Rachel texted me that Eunice's and my culinary time was at 1.15p.m. I was worried, my brain -or cerebral cortex XD- wouldn't function properly during the last hour of class. I text Eunice the problem and I think I tried calling around 5 people that hour. Among them were Xiao Ying, Christine, Victor, Pei Ying, Eu Jin, Cairynne and Eunice... -.- There goes my credit. That's the problem with juniors in charge!
I just prayed that my aunt would be on time to pick me up from tuition. To my utter relieve, she did. I told her the change in plan and we set off in a rush to school.
I waited anxiously outside the culinary room for Eunice's arrival. Suddenly Putrisa called all the participates in and Eunice was no where to be seen. Ah well I thought, I'll just start off first without her. I was preparing the ingredients when I saw a girl dress in black pants and flowery top approaching. I was filled with relieve. I felt like the weight has finally been lifted off my shoulders.
All and all, the culinary went well. Well give me your comment about it :) By the time you read this, the C-box will most probably be up XD
Haha I remember baking this fruit tart with Hillary last year -since Eunice went to Singapore in the last minute
Oh gosh, the next stressful event is skit which is next Tuesday Zzzzzzzzzz Guys, I hope you all have memorise your lines! I feel my sympathetic nerves are going crazy at the moment -.-
We shall do our best, guys :)
