Running everywhere

My visit in Singapore

Well...I went Singapore on the 1st-3rd December. Singapore was a beautiful and nice country. I feel like migrating there! It felt so safe, I mean I feel so safe. It was like a place where you can't get hurt, where everything seems so peaceful. hehe~ Anyway, what i'm trying to say is that it's a safe place. Ok, on with my adventure... (if you're lazy to read, you can see the pictures at the bottome of the journey)

1st December 2007, 6a.m:

I, Ee Wen/the tourist woke up. It was chilly and cold. I went and brush her teeth bathe etc. etc. At 7a.m my mom, dad and sis were ready to set off. We first stop at a dim sum shop in Puchong. It was delicious. After we ate finish, they drove 4 hours - with a few rest stops - to Singapore. We stop at a hotel and ate lunch. The food there was nice and boy their fruit bananas there are HUGE! After we ate finish, they drove to rendezvous hotel to check in. We rest for a while until it was 6p.m.

1st December 2007, 6p.m:

We walk to a nice western restaurant and ate ribs. In the end of our main cost, we had dessert. We left with full satisfite and shop in raffles City mall- whihc was killing me! At 10p.m we went back and slept peacefully.

2nd December 2007, 9a.m:

We woke up... Well, my mom woke up at 5.30a.m because she had to go for a run, my dad woke up at 8a.m and my sis woke up at 9a.m. I woke up at 9.10a.m XD So me, my dad and my sister went to a nearby Kopitiam to eat breakfast. It wasn't that great but still nice. We then walk about 10km to meet up with mom.

2nd December 2007, 11.30a.m:

The weather was hot but windy on that day which was not a good thing for me because I was wearing a skirt... I was afraid that the wind would blow up my skirt... I was pratically holding my skirt they whole way. At last we saw mom. She didn't win the run but was proud to finish the 10km run in 1 hr and 8 mins. We all went back to Rendezvous hotel and rest for 1 hour...

2nd December 2007, 12p.m:

We left the hotel feeling fresh and energatic. We walk about 2km to a small little hawker stall and ate there. I discovered a new dish that I like really much. It's called prok ribs soup. But I was sad because there were only 3 pieces of prok ribs and my mom and sister took the other 2 away. So I could only eat 1 piece...=.=

2nd December 2007, 13p.m:

We left the hawker center and walk 3km to a muzim in Singapore. It was ok. But we only saw the none pay section. lolz... my mom and sis wanted to go shopping in orchard road but I didn't. So we splited up. I followed my dad back to the hotel and my mom and sis went to orchard road.

2nd December 2007, 16.30p.m:

I went jogging with my dad in the gym. I jogged 30mins while my dad did weight lifting and sit ups etc u get the picture. After we were done they went back to the hotel to get ready for dinner.

2nd December 2007, 18p.m:

My mom and sis return home with absalutely nothing in their hands except my sister's prom dress... I was darn extremely glad I didn't go.

2nd December 2007, 19p.m:

We ate a seafood place(Jumbo Seafood) near a beach. It was windy and cooling. My dad ordered black paper crab, chilly crab, mee hoon, tau fu and vegetable. It was overall delicious except of the black pepper crab, it was too pepperish. ><

2nd December 2007, 20p.m:

We left Jumbo seafood and drove around Singapore -raffles area- to see all the beautiful lights that were hung. It was amazing. There were lights in all different shapes and colours, there were christmas trees in different size and decorations, there were different sculpture on the side walk and so much more. We all took pictures of the lightings. It was truely an amazing night.

2nd December 2007 , 00a.m:

3rd December 2007, 9a.m:

We woke up and went to the Kopitiam and eat. As usual, it wasn't thta nice.

3rd December 2007, 11a.m:

We went back to their hotel and pack up to get ready to check out. =(

3rd December 2007, 12.15p.m:

We checked out and drove to Johor....

3rd December 2007, 14.15p.m:

My dad drove around johor to find a nice place to eat for lunch... yes, lunch. It was kind of hard consedering it was alrady pass lunch. But never the least, we found one hawker place and ate there. It was ok i guess.

3rd December 2007, 15p.m:

We ate finish and walked back to my dad's car. My dad mistaken his car for a kangcil. lolz.

3rd December 2007, 18p.m:

Stopped at Malacca and ate at a chicken rice shop and ate rice balls, chicken and herbal jelly. It was delicious, but too bad it was just appatizer...

3rd December 2007, 19.17p.m:

We had our real dinner at a seafood restaurant, again. This time dad ordered butter crab, oyster, mix vegetable and curry fish. Fish was extremely speicy! The best part about thta place is there were cute little cats and among the five there were 2 whom were couples. It was really intresting to see them in love. The male cat will rub itself on the female cat. Thier tails were always curl around each other. ^^

3rd December 2007, 22.17p.m:

Home Sweet Home~ We unpacked and did our own things.

lolz, overall it was a wonderful trip. It was really great. Now I'll show you some pictures I took from Singapore.
